### Renovated Home with Modern Comforts, Near Vichy Center, 3 Bedrooms, All-Inclusive Amenities

You'll feel right at home here! This semi-detached house, carefully renovated in 2022, offers all the comforts you need. It's an ideal starting point for numerous activities: you're just a 15-minute walk from the center of Vichy, its parks, and the thermal baths. There's a bus stop at the end of the street, and bike rentals (5 minutes away) allow you to explore the many cycle paths. Escape to the great outdoors and explore the Montagne Bourbonnaise.  
Enjoy the enclosed courtyard at the back of the house to relax or enjoy meals in season.  
  
Ground floor: Entrance through the veranda. Living room opens onto the kitchen, laundry room, and separate toilet.  
Upstairs: a bathroom (shower/toilet), three bedrooms for two people, each with its own unique decor.  
Electric heating is the guest's responsibility and must be paid on site at the end of the stay.  
  
Gite highlights: sheets provided and beds made upon arrival, towels and tea towels included. End-of-stay cleaning included.  
  
Free parking in front of the house. Fans available if needed.  
Spa guests welcome, rate €940 for 3 consecutive weeks.
