« When I made my reservation I picked pay at the location because I wanted to pay cash but they took the paiement on my credit card and because of the currency I ended up paying 20$ extra for a night. Canadian currency is bad as it it so it is annoying when a hotel make it even worse. Expedia show me a price and I expect to pay that price. As of the hotel the pool location was nice, the oceanview as very pretty, the room was kinda old, the bed and sofa was not comfortable at all.I would not go...

« Je suis dessus pour chaudes sa prends 10 minutes pour avoir de l’eau chaudes et pour l'air climatisée fonctionne pas très bien et fonctionne avec carte magnétique que le personnel le débranchait à chaque fois cont partait griiiiii il fessait très chaud dans la chambre et il avait une puanteur qui venait dans la salle de bain wachhh et l’eau de la piscine pas belle du tout il fessait marché la pompe seulement 30 minutes par jour . Je le recommande pas du tout »

"L'hôtel est bien correct. Moyen mais les chambres sont propres. Les buffets ne valent pas du tout le prix, donc je vous conseille de manger ailleurs. Sur Expedia, on précise qu'il y a un service pour laver le linge mais ce n'est pas le cas. Nous passions quelques jours en visitant de la famille. Acapulco s'est relevé de l'Ouragan de 2024\. Ça m'a rendu heureuse. Au Copacabana, la piscine était trop pleine pour nager, mais ça veut juste dire qu'elle est bien populaire. C'est sûr qu'au moins d'août la mer est chaude comme un bain tourbillon et les vagues sont souvent très fortes, mais c'est normal. Bien correct, mais sans plus."

"When I made my reservation I picked pay at the location because I wanted to pay cash but they took the paiement on my credit card and because of the currency I ended up paying 20$ extra for a night. Canadian currency is bad as it it so it is annoying when a hotel make it even worse. Expedia show me a price and I expect to pay that price. As of the hotel the pool location was nice, the oceanview as very pretty, the room was kinda old, the bed and sofa was not comfortable at all.I would not go back but it was ok for a 2 nights stay. "
