The "Baby" 3-room apartment covers an area of 70 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor. The living and sleeping areas are combined into an open-plan space, which includes a dining table and satellite TV. There is one double bedroom, as well as an open gallery with an additional double bed. The apartment offers a tasteful and cozy ambiance.  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment also features a shower, bidet, and a toilet. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, hair dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access during their vacation stay. A garage for one car is available within 300 meters of the property.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment is designed for non-smokers, and a maximum of one pet or dog is allowed. Safety features include a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher.
