Nestled in a nature-lover's paradise, this fabulous property offers a cozy and convenient retreat for guests in any season. Close to Traverse City, Torch Lake, Gaylord, and Charlevoix. The condo features a total remodel in 2024 with a comfortable queen bed, a twin over full bunk-bed, and updated floors and furniture. With amenities like AC, heating, iron, coffee, dining table, WiFi, games, plates, dishes, utensils, kitchenette sink, microwave, mini fridge, dish sink. We had to remove our cooktop so there is a cutting board there now until we determine if we can add something else. There is a charcoal park style grill outside. TV with cable, on-site seasonal outdoor pool with pool towels and changing rooms, and access to Bellaire Private Beach Club only 2-3 miles away. You'll have everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Experience what the Bellaire area has to offer with a stay at our efficiency condo. It is conveniently located and the beds are very comfortable.
