Only minutes to golf courses, including Shanty Creek Resort, and 10 minutes to beautiful Torch Lake, this home is perfect for golfing, skiing, boating, and many other activities. Also, just 2 minutes from downtown Bellaire and Shorts Brewery, end the day with live music, food, and some of the best craft beer in the country! 3200 sq ft home located on the path of many hiking/biking trails (access to trails located on the property), close to downtown Bellaire, Lake Bellaire, Intermediate Lake and Shanty Resorts. We spent the day at the lake with family and evenings playing cornhole in the large backyard. It accomodated all 12 of us very well.
