We loved the house and the charming village of Bellaire. We even got a hearty welcome from the gentleman across the street. The house was comfortable for our group of 11 and had everything we needed. The grandkids loved the kayaks and all of us enjoyed strolling to downtown Bellaire. This is a great rental with everything accurately described and is highly recommended. ##### Tom H. The game room came in handy on the rainy days. The outside areas needed attention (grill, yard, fire pit). That was the only downside. We all stayed entertained in the basement playing pool and Foosball and of course, playing euchre. The rental is very spacious and open which was nice for our group. It only took about 13 minutes to get to Schuss Mountian which was why we came. I reached out to Mike a few times and he responded quickly everytime. Walking distance to downtown. Lots to do on the property! My only complaints is that trash from, I'm assuming the prior guests, was left in the garage which had a strong odor that went into the house whenever the garage door was opened. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Exterior and yard is in need of general maintenance. Interior needs some updating other than paint. For a home listed as room for 17, only two showers is inadequate. Property manager is extremely poor. Upon arrival, I phoned the contact person provided with a question about the entry code and my voice message was never replied to. ##### Gary B. We had a decent size group and were able to easily walk to downtown (breweries etc) and the pontoon rental location was less than a block away.
