Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious 5-room villa that spans across 3 levels, covering an area of 210 square meters. The villa boasts a comfortable and beautifully furnished living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only) and a dining table, as well as a satellite TV. The living area leads out to a balcony. On the same level, there is a room with a dressing room and a French bed (160 cm) along with a satellite TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, accompanied by a small dining table. The kitchen also has an exit leading to the garden.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Air conditioning and gas heating are available, although they may incur additional charges. The floors are a combination of parquet and natural stone. Outdoor spaces include a balcony, terrace, and patio, furnished with terrace furniture, balcony furniture, and 5 deck chairs. The villa offers stunning views of the lake. Other amenities include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (suitable for up to 2-year-olds), and a free Wi-Fi internet connection. Additionally, an e-charging station is available on the premises.  
  
Other Information  
The property is designated as a non-smoking area, and a maximum of 1 pet or dog is allowed during your vacation. Please note that the villa has a shower/WC on the main level, a separate WC on the lower ground floor, and on the upper floor, there is a room with 2 beds, a room with a French bed (160 cm) and a satellite TV, and another room with a single bed. The upper floor also features a bath/WC. This 5-room villa is perfect for a comfortable and memorable vacation experience.
