### Villa Mariuccia Family Cottage San Primo

Villa Mariuccia is located in SAN PRIMO, it is a large house made entirely of wood, warm and welcoming, full of secret places created here and there by the creative genius of its owner, Mr. Maurizio!  
Maurizio inherits the house from his father Carlo who built it in the 1930s as a surprise gift to his wife  Mariuccia!  
You will find yourself immersed in nature; lush woods that offer fresh air and countless paths to explore on foot or by mountain bike; a nature protagonist, still little violated by the hands of man, but only 20 minutes from the pearl of the lake, the village of Bellagio!  
Leave the car on the porch, go up the stairs on the left and you will find the entrance to Villa Mariuccia. On the right there is the large living room all paneled in wood, enjoy the creaking of the wood under your feet and if you light the fireplace, you will immediately have an enveloping warmth capable of heating the whole house!  
Use the lounge for your dinners while for lunches we recommend setting the table outside; the large terrace connected to the flat garden that surrounds the house will give you peace, coolness and clean air!Your children can play safely in the playhouse or on the swing.  
Next to the small but functional kitchen, you will find the bathroom with tub and immediately after the large master bedroom overlooking the garden.  
From the living room you will be able to access a small room with a large window, we have positioned the TV area there but in our opinion looking outside will be much more interesting!  
Climb the wooden staircase and you find yourself in the attic sleeping area. Here you can breathe a bit of magic: the two bedrooms, a double bedroom with a cot and the bedroom with two single beds, convey ancient sensations, you'll feel like you're in a movie! Connected to the bedroom you will find the small bathroom, it will feel like taking a shower in a tree! Villa Mariuccia has its strong point in the fantastic position in which it is located, we advise you to have a bit of adaptability and you will enjoy a unique stay!. City Tax: € 3,00 per person per night to pay at check-in
