Bella Vista offers 7 lakes, numerous golf courses (many golf courses listed at (bellavistapoa.com) and a peaceful woodsy feel along with the very famous Mildred B Cooper Chapel only about 10 minutes away where many people have their weddings. Forget the hassles of the city life, bring the family, your friends the bikes and food....we will do the rest. There are so many things to do on the property you wouldn’t even need to leave the house to have the perfect memorable vacation or holiday. Your kids are going to love this place. Amenities....... Two decks, this home on the end of a dead end turnaround.. No neighbors so don’t worry about the kids being loud. You get this whole two story home with nearly 3,000 S.F. . Plus the furnished garage with pleanty of room and a large counter-bar, double hoop basketball game that keeps score, ping pong-air hocky-pool combo table. Go down the steps to the downstairs and you will find another uniquely decorated living room with a unique pier themed board walk to the pool. Main level with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen dining and living area, 2-full bath rooms, master bedroom with king, two sink bath with toilet safety hand bar, jetted tub leading into a huge walk in closet. The lower level consists of three bedrooms, living area and one full bath. New Keurig, new full size coffee maker, new toaster. Many new or like new very clean features. The kitchen is totally decked out with numerous spices, a huge selection of both both glass ware and plastic plates, silverware, cups and bowls for both adults and many suited for young children, absolutely enough to accommodate huge groups. You will feel totally at home here. The pool is drained during cold weather. We don't provide charcoal or tiki fluid for torches. There are chairs around the fire pit area and some on the pool deck. There is plenty of wood for the fire pit in the woods surrounding the area. Please use caution when burning and respect Bella Vista burn bans and rules. There are two hiking trails down hill from the fire pit. Go straight down the hill to find a seasonal waterfall and nice creek with unique bluffs. If you go right just past the trail head you will come to a cave on the hillside. Please use caution when exploring the surroundings. Other things to note............ Plenty of parking for over 10-20 vehicles with privacy on a Cul-de-sac. The Neighborhood: Kent’s home is located in Bella Vista, Arkansas, USA I have lived in NWA for over 30 years. Lots of things to do for everyone children and adults. The Game Room was a big hit along with all of the puzzles (we did 3 of them). The location at the end of the road away from other houses made it private. The pool was clean and well maintained and provided more fun and family time. We'll stay there again. ##### Molly O. Upstairs and downstairs living areas and two decks were great for everyone to spread out to do their own thing. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook for a big family. There wasn't enough table space, but there were plenty of chairs, so it wasn't an issue at all. The kids loved the pool and walking the trails behind the house. Our host was very nice and readily available as needed. Loved having lots of room for bringing our family together and did not feel crowded. Property had some minor repairs needed and the pool needed attention, so rated cleanliness as 4 stars instead of 5\. The host did everything possible to correct any issues related to these issues. Loved the location, did not feel like we were near any neighbors even with the house located in a neighborhood. Communication with owner was great. Apart from "normal" communications, I was contacted the day of arrival and informed the previous guest had not checked out until the afternoon, rather than morning, creating a condensed schedule for cleaning. Owner was about to leave on a cruise and wanted to make sure I had all of the info about the house and the cleaning situation and a couple of other maintenance issues he had yet corrected (none of which caused a problem). I was given the name/number of his cleaning person in case of any issues. Given the short duration of the cleaning time between the previous checkout and our arrival, things were in good shape, and any issues were minor and easily handled. During the stay our coffee pot had a problem and she was right there with a new one. The house was tight for our "crew" of 19, BUT everybody had a bed and with the deck and chairs we all did great and the house accommodated us very well. This was our first stay in Arkansas and the accommodations and location worked out great. ##### Wallace O. The property was great and our crew really enjoyed the bar and games in the garage. We ended up taking the top bunk bed mattresses off of the frame and put them on the floor because we weren't sure the top bunk would holf full grown men. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for a large group and the bathrooms were stocked with a bunch of extras. Property was clean and we really liked the fact that it was at the end of the road so we weren't bothering the neighbors with our shenanigans. The house was also in a great location to access all of the Bella Vista golf courses as well as groceries and convenience stores. We will definitely plan on using this property for our trip next year! ##### John D. The owners could not have been more helpful and the house was large enough to let those who went to bed early get to sleep while the rest kept going in the Games Room/Bar area. It’s in a great area but we noticed it hadn’t been cleaned very thoroughly. The oven door didn’t close and the refrigerator struggled to keep cold when full. There was just 4 of us so I can’t review how large groups would like this house. Although I did notice some “bedrooms” were actually closets. We loved being together in a house rather than a hotel. The house was large enough for our family of 11 to spread out and have our own areas for sleeping. All the rooms were very spacious, the area is beautiful, the deck was wonderful (we loved watching the birds at the feeders), the kids enjoyed the pool, and the game room was an added bonus. We enjoyed a campfire one evening, the kids took the trails and checked out the cave, and horseshoes was enjoyed by all. We highly recommend it. The pool was very refreshing. The first 2 days were hot, so we spent daylight around the pool. The kids went exploring and the adults planned to go on the cooler days, but it rained on and off the 3rd and 4th day so we didn't get to. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the rain. It was very peaceful. The only 2 down falls were there wasn't a bow flex as advertised, and the 2nd bunk bed room was actually 2 small bunk beds in the master bedroom closet. You had to go through the master bath to get to the room/closet. We only had 8 people, so we didn't need the beds, but if someone needed to use them this information would be helpful. The game room was fun on one of the rainy evenings,, and the kitchen table is large and we had fun playing card games.. Kent is a great host and anyone staying in the future will have a great time. The house is large, but very cozy. I wish our vacation was just getting started instead of ending. We could definitely have spent a few more days there. ##### Kimberly E.
