With over 40 miles of trails, the Little Sugar trail system offers adventure lovers the perfect opportunity to explore the beauty of NWA. Indulge in contemporary comfort within this recently renovated home, where modern amenities await you. Unwind in the ample living room, furnished with a plush couch and a 58-inch smart TV equipped with your favorite streaming apps. Adjacent to it is a charming dining area, accommodating up to four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, boasting an array of essentials such as pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, a blender, and even a Keurig coffee machine for your culinary endeavors. The bedrooms exude coziness and tranquility. One bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, and a 46-inch smart TV for your entertainment pleasure. The other bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed. A full bathroom is conveniently situated in the hallway for the queen bedroom. Additionally, a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer is at your disposal for added convenience. Came to ride mt. bikes and the location was PERFECT!!!!! Three minutes to the "Tunnel Vision" trail from the house on the bikes... That was great!!! Excellent stay overall. Two things to improve upon: a pepper shaker would be nice (salt shaker was there) and "oh my gosh, get new dining room table chairs"!!!! I don't think anyone could possibly find these comfortable! the wicker seat tops are badly stretched out and all you can feel is the middle support bar pushing against your tailbone. Only one of the 4 chairs is even remotely useable. Would definitely stay again with different chairs. ##### Georgette C. One of the highlights was the serene deck, we sipped coffee in the morning. The location is also very convenient, with Walmart and Harps just a short 6-minute drive away.
