Our retreat backs up to the Tunnel Vision trail and allows you to bike in/out. We are only 5 mins from the Little Sugar and Back Forty trailheads. All eight of Bella Vista’s golf courses nearby. We were able to help them get settled and also were able to enjoy a great walk at Crystal Bridges, visit two wineries, great meals at BV Bar & Grill, and enjoy downtown Bentonville. The house was the perfect size for us and our dog. We really liked the comfortable couches and the view out the back windows too.Vacation rentals have been popular long enough that our family has had the opportunity to see a number of different properties. I appreciated the window coverings and reliable central heat and air/ hot water but I would have appreciated a little more cleanliness and some things to do at the house like interesting books, music player, fire pit, etc.This is an updated older home centrally located on a quiet Bella Vista street. If you can stay here for the price of a nearby standard hotel then it’s worth it. Make sure to visit Tanyard Creek nature area and the Mildred B Cooper Chapel if you have never been to either. Both are real close and a must see in Bella Vista. The nearby country club restaurant is pretty good too if you need something to eat and don’t want to drive far. ##### Blake E. This place is located in a quiet neighborhood and is clean and comfortable. You can access the Mt bike trail from their backyard. Very easy area to drive around and is fairly close to Bentonville.
