The staff and front desk went above and beyond the call of duty. Room was comfortable and the view was priceless. The restaurant on site was great. I would recommend this location.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff was wonderful and accommodating! The location was wonderful as well!

I had a great stay here. They were very accommodating and everything is brand new here. My room was upgraded and they offer a shuttle to destinations in the area for a fee. Very happy with my stay

I found the staff disorganized and even short staffed. Dinner in the restaurant was an ordeal. Everything took so long. Our room was very nice.

Beautiful, Clean, Solo friendly hotel! The Staff was absolutely wonderful: from the waiters, the bartenders, houskeeping and the receptionists!

Beautiful property. The room was comfortable and clean. We were not supplied with wash rags. When we asked the front desk about them, they said we should have them.???? The room was very dark due to no windows.

The staff was amazing, especially Freddy! The hotel is very new. Clean. The pool was cold but the view amazing! Outdoor space was relaxing. The restaurant should provide free coffee all day. The food was delicious.

The pool bar closes early - 6p I think they said. However pool stays open, we were able to go swimming at 10p and enjoy the scenery. Caesar the bartender was amazing - great hospitality, excellent service!

A swim-up bar was available at the pool. It was kept clean at all times. The deck had a portion that was covered for shade and another for fun in the sun. The decor throughout the establishment (GR&R) was modern yet family functional. The supervisor led an incredibly kind, gracious, knowledgable, and wonderful crews of the front desk and the restaurant. They were extremely helpful in helping me coordinating activities in Belize City and within the hotel. This is the only hotel that I will recommend.
