Great Value for Money

Friendly, easy-going staff are the big plus of this family hotel. Location is a close second, with wonderful lake views/access. Décor is dated, but that's part of the charm, and it keeps the price down. Great value for money!

Very disappointed with the condition of the hotel. This hotel is between two star and three star.we were so unhappy that we cut short our stay and only stayed one night, but had to pay an extra night as a penalty for cutting short our stay.

Reviews on Hotel were far from accurate. A/C in my room was a unit plugged in attached to window. There appears that No upgrades have been done for the 70 yrs it has existed. Would not stay again. Best part was the view on the Lake but not worth staying in this Town or hotel. FYI If traveling by train-beware no one is at the station including Taxi’s to pick you up. Very disappointed for last night in Italy.

il peggior hotel degli ultimi 4 anni...

Non Amo fare certe recensioni ma qui la situazione lo richiede... 4 stelle in questo hotel sono assolutamente incomprensibili... iniziando dal parcheggio esterno è pubblico ed ha disponibilità limitate.. La struttura è vecchia, con arredamenti ed interni di 40/50 anni fà. Ascensore funzionante per 2 piani su 3. Porte, e serramenti datati è dire poco... alcuni non erano nemmeno funzionanti ( nel mio caso la tapparella del bagno nemmeno la potevi muovere..) Bagno di ridotte dimensioni, Acqua calda punto dolente... necessari almeno 25 minuti di orologio prima che arrivasse un acqua almeno tiepida per fare la doccia... letto matrimoniale con due reti separate e si sentiva chiaramente.. Condizionamento o riscaldamento ? ho provato a fare funzionare qualcosa ma senza successo.. Colazione scarsa tant'è che per il secondo mattino sono uscito al bar per avere quello che volevo ( e stiamo parlando di un paio di brioche con un succo di frutta...) un atmosfera da un hotel a 2 stelle... ho sofferto il soggiorno in questo luogo e mi ha ricordato le mie peggiori esperienze in merito ( e io viaggio per 200 giorn l'anno in hotel...) note positive : Posizione dell'hotel davvero bella in riva al lago proprietari e gestori gentili e cordiali. detto questo nulla in contrario ad hotel a 2 stelle che ognuno può scegliere per le sue necessità ma qui sei posto in inganno con un giudizio generale buono e con qualificazione con stelle e Prezzo che lo vorrebbero in un altra categoria..

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, aber mit Flair. Um dieses Flair zu erhalten, sollte hier mal dringend investiert werden. Liegt direkt am See mit einem kleinen Strand.

Vi bestilte dette hotellet spesifikt fordi det hadde 4-stjerner og ønsket en god natts søvn etter en lang kjøretur på motorsykkel. Dette hotellet minner mer om et 2-stjerners hostell eller backpackers. Airconditionen var så bråkete at det ikke gikk an å sove med den på, kan sammenlignes med en gressklipper med bensinmotor. Sengene hadde, som hotellet sa, veldig bra sengetøy. Men selve sengen var i to forskjellige høyder og madrassen helt utslitt. Det var ikke noe varmtvann i dusjen og kun en vannflaske i minibaren. En av dørene inne i naborommet knirket så mye at vi våknet av den kl 3 på natten, selv om de sier at de har lydisolering. Teppene i trappene opp til rommene var tydelig skittne og det var veldig mye insekter inne i området der middagen ble servert. Den andre natten fikk vi bytte rom. Her fungerte dusjen, sengen var på ett nivå, men airconditionen var like bråkete og det var ikke noe minibar, bare en meny til minibaren. De redder seg noe inn med en nydelig utsikt ved frokostbordet, men det er alt dette hotellet har å tilby. Det er mulig dette hotellet var et 4-stjerners hotell på 60-tallet, men de stjernene er ufortjent nå. Ellers er beliggenheten noe kjedelig i forhold til de andre stedene rundt lagio maggiore, bortsett fra en veldig bra iskrembutikk med mange spennende smaker. Anbefaler å bestille et annet hotell om du ønsker en god natts søvn.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am See und das Frühstück war sehr gut, insbesondere der Cappucino. Das. Badezimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Wasserstrahl könnte etwas stärker sein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Matratze war bequem.

En tidsrejse

Dette er et historisk lomme - som vil forsvinde om få år. Det er som at være på ferie i farmors tid i 70 erne - hotellets storhedstid. Men ! det eneste hotel i området på søsiden- et værelse med søudsigt man ikke finder til den pris i noget europæisk land. Men forvent en tidsrejse så vil det leve op til forventningen.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer waren Sauber. Die Einrichtung in den Zimmern ist aus denn70 Jahren, mobile Klimaanlage auf den Zimmern die sehr laut sind und sehr schlecht gewartet sind. Das Geländer auf dem Balkon fault weg und auf der Terrasse sind alle Sitzpolster schmutzig. Esser so wie auch das Frühstück war gut.

Man braucht es nicht zwei mal.

Für reinen Badeurlaub nicht zu empfehlen, der Zugang zum See nur über eine steile Leiter und es gibt nicht einen schönen Strand in der näheren Umgebungen. Die Gastronomie im näheren Umkreis ist sehr minimalistisch ohne Auto ist man da etwas aufgeschmissen. Das ganze Hotel hätte mal eine Auffrischung nötig ist aber ziemlich Sauber. Leider gibst es vom Hotel aus keine Angebote für Unternehmungen in der Gegend außer einem Zettel bei der Abreise. Positiv fanden wir das wir mit dem Hotel direkte am See waren. Fas Frühstück wsr ausreichend aber jeden Tag das selbe.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, das Preis-,/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Die Zimmer sind nicht modern, dafür funktional und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Die Frühstücksterasse, direkt am See(siehe Bild), ist super.
