"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Bredene trotz Schwierigkeiten mit der Agentur Novasol, besser dort direkt buchen, statt bei Fewo; hier wird angegeben das Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Es war aber keine für uns da! Noch nicht einmal gegen Bezahlung. Zudem musste man bei der unfreundlichen Schlüsselabholung mehr bezahlen als Fewo das angibt! Vorsicht! Ohne Bettwäsche wurde man dann an Action verwiesen, super! Naja aber die Unterkunft und der Garten waren sehr ungepflegt und nicht...

"Der check in ist reibungslos verlaufen.Die Küchenausstattung hat alles was man brauch für seinen Aufenthalt.Wlan empfang ist super.Garten ist super eingezäunt wenn man mit Kindern und Hund verreist.Man ist in 3min mit den Auto am nahe gelegen Strandabschnitt und auch andere abschnitte sind sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie zb. Lidl sind auch nur 4 min mit dem Auto entfernt.Das Haus ist auch schön eingerichtet damit man sich direkt Wohlfühlen kann.Bei fragen hat man...

"Amazing hotel - beautifully decorated and the room was a good size. We loved that the twin beds weren't pushed together like in most hotels and the amenities were great. The room controls were a bit complicated and didn't always work perfectly - there's nothing wrong with a TV remote and a light switch! The staff were all lovely and very polite and welcoming. We also loved the pool and the flavoured water in the lobby. All in all a great stay."

"Honestly I could not be more happier with the hotel. Check in was easy. Hotel staff courteous. Room was very good size for a European hotel! I was concerned about the room facing the concert hall but could not hear anything. Extemely close to Grand Palace. Hit the different Christmas markets there in Belgium, Bruege and visited Ghent. Central Station is a five minute walk. Breakfast was a buffet and great variety. Would not hesitate to return back to this hotel."

"Didn't see any staff, but were in the office if you needed them. Checkin & out are automated & very quick. Room & shower were excellent size & comfortable, with working air con. Good communal facilities. Only weakness was the choice of floor covering: a black type of matting, this shows remnants of cream & must make cleaning difficult (I should have asked them to clean). Fortunately I had my slippers so left it as on arrival, otherwise the hotel was clean, modern & spotless"
