This hotel had a wonderful doorman, a rooftop bar, a helpful concierge and great dining options, in a great location in Belfast city. We truly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this property!

AWFUL NIGHTS SLEEP. Hotel is great, staff are great, room was really nice, the bed and pillows were fantastic, really comfortable however there was a locked door in the corner of the room and behind it appeared to be all the pipework and down pipes for all the 14 floors above us. This door was door feet from the bed. So every time someone flushed a toilet, washed their hands, had a shower or ran a tap, we heard it rushing down past our room. So we had an awful night's sleep. We mentioned to the staff as we checked out and they appeared to well aware of this problem. They gave a half assed apology and sent us on our way. Honestly don't think I'd stay again. Had a better night's sleep at a Premier Inn.

Have stayed here before … Nice fresh hotel but missing some attention to detail … eg… no pen or pencil in the room to complete the breakfast card which is annoying as I will now go Starbucks .. and a 5p lotus biscuit on the coffee tray is really naff!

Was definitely 5*. All the staff were friendly & helpful. Food was great in both the Bistro & Restaurant. Room was immaculate with clean linen, towels & complimentary items. Drinks are a bit pricey. Hotel is well located for getting around, and our room on 12th floor was quiet.

Great with some minor flaw
We had visited the city before and as much as we loved in terms of locations, cleanliness and friendly staff the restaurant service (both of them) was very very slow. Still would recommend but eat somewhere else
