A single-person kayak is available for guest use. Please note that this cabin is not suitable for children. Guests have access to a paddleboat. This is a no bank/low bank waterline property. This lake only allows electric motors. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Security camera details: One camera in the front of home and one located in the back. Dock details: The community boat launch nearby is for trailered boats, but small craft may launch from the private dock/waterfront of the cabin. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Kitchen had good amenities. Had to wash the shower curtain before we could use the shower.(moldy) The mattress needs replaced (awful) couch pad needs padding, need new pillows. Lake is Un swimmable too shallow mud weed stick bottom. (yuck) bad wi-fi, good fishing and kayaking. $300+ a night for 2 people with no daytime visitors allowed. We were not impressed with the cleanliness when we arrived, the fridge had sticky stuff in it and the shower drain was backing up. The peddle boat only had 3 peddles so one person had to run it themselves. The wifi was not working. The bed and couches were very uncomfortable and not just because of personal preference. The coffee machine was no where to be found. Luckily the hot tub was working and we left to go for a beautiful hike.
