The woman who helped us after finishing with the customer ahead of us wasn’t welcoming until she realized the type of room we booked. She was very accommodating after that. "For the price, the quality should be much, much higher at this hotel. We had problems from the minute we arrived in our bungalow. The shower was stuck on one lukewarm temperature and couldn't be adjusted. No minibar, but there was a refrigerator to keep our water and other drinks cold. However, it was broken too.
