People were very nice and helpful. When we got back at night and turned our AC on, it was so loud. Someone came from the front desk and spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to quiet it down. My first time in Puerto Rico with my two children and it was ruined due to the horrible experience. I don’t recommend this place . Manager is rude and inconsiderate. The pictures are not as “luxury “ as mentioned or looks in pictures. this property is meant to steal money from customers.
