One and only
I have stayed at many hotels in Beirut for the price range that Ramada offers, it is by far the best experience: hospitality, friendliness of staff, cleanliness is impeccable, rooms are large, views are better than expected in a populated city, high standard, nice lobby, good restaurant, surprisingly and agreeably very quiet which is not a trait in Beirut unless you stay at 5 star $500 a night hotels.

Super clean room, very comfortable bedding and linens, friendly staff Parking is an extra $10 US Air conditioner in the room was noisy during the night but room was super cool restaurant on site and so many around, five minutes walking distance from zeytouna bay and seaside I would absolutely recommend and would stay again

Basic facilities but clean and reasonably priced, in a good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only minor quibbles: could not manage to adjust the A/C temperature, and the shower stall leaked.

the one thing that made our stay's rate as terrible was the valet parking service. we handed them our car in perfect condition, to receive it the next day in urgent need of workshop!! What the valet guy did with the car and how he drove it in and out of their designated parking, God only knows!!!! the car was seriously damaged from below due to a direct hit with something steep! not to mention that it didn't start, the battery was out and needed a boost. This is terrible service even if they make you sign a paper clearing them from any liability, you should be more responsible towards your guests and have better training to all of your employees! Never again

We have noted your comment regarding the reservation, and indeed the site indicate 2 Queen beds but can accommodate up to 3. With regards to the Front Desk Staff, I apologize if you found him rude, however the Front Desk Manager was only trying to explain that we do not deliver an invoice to a guest who has already pre-paid the room with a 3rd party as we do not know how much you have pay the 3rd party- which was your case. AC på rummet. fungerade inte och personalen ljug att p.ga dålig väder de har stängd av AC, men AC på andra rum fungerade. Istället att Erbjuda annat Rum. de kom med en fläck som låt mycket och var tvungen att stänga av den.

Good hotel if you want to be in the downtown
there is a huge vis a vis. but I have to say it is really nice hotel. the breakfast is over pricy . Wifi is weak but correct

Otele taksi ile geçtim ve taksici verdiğim parayı bozamayınca oteldekilerden yardım istesi. Bozmadılar. Sonra ben otelin müşterisi olarak yardım istedim ve otelde nakit yok dediler. Şaka gibiydi açıkçası. En yakın ATM'yi sordum, yok dediler. Taksici ile bulduk, aynı blokta ATM vardı.
