However, we booked this hotel expecting a high-end experience similar to what we've enjoyed at other JW locations in the U.S. Unfortunately, our stay was significantly marred by the large number of low-level tour groups that the hotel accommodates. The lobby and elevator areas were often noisy and filled with guests demonstrating inconsiderate behavior. This atmosphere detracted from the exclusive and luxurious experience we anticipated, making it feel more like a low-cost hotel. If you're seeking an exclusive and serene experience, this may not be the best choice.
