The staff speak english well enough and is mostly competent. However, there was quite a long queue for check-in every afternoon. Room was confortable and clean, but like the rest of the hotel, it is kind of outdated. Spa and sauna facilities were closed (but were still advertised on the hotel reservation page). Hotel staff refused to do any commercial gesture and barely apologized, saying that I just paid for the room. Ventilation in hotel room is good but at times neighbouring rooms smoked cigarettes inside their rooms and it finds its way into ours so we slept with the window slightly open and bathroom fan on.
