Then the front desk lady looked at me and only asked “what’s the name ?” No “hello” no “sorry for the wait” no “how was your day today” only “what’s the name !” Clearly this person has not been trained to greet customers and customers are an annoyance to her. On top of this very poor welcome, the room was cold, heater was not working (march 31) and bathroom is outdated. Serveur très sympathique Emmanuel, qui est français. Parking souterrain (15Pound/ 24h) à réserver à l’avance.
