Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with many options. The shuttle bus stopped less than a block away and ran continuously throughout the day and night. That's the only positive thing I can say. We did not receive the access code to get into the area of the hotel. We were unable to reach anyone at the hotel. The information we were given was incorrect and made it harder to check in, when it could have been simple. The room was very basic - no amenities. The staff person we spoke with in the morning had no idea what was going on. I don't consider it suitable for a hotel in a tourist location. Furthermore, the city appears to have no street lighting at night. But it is clean, comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable about Mont St Michel and even tell us the time of sunrise the tide schedule. The shuttle stop to St Mont Michel is a block away. Driving to the hotel is little complex. You need to go through the St. Mont Michel visitor parting. Parking outside the hotel is easy. The room had all the basic facilities you might want but it was incredibly noisy - not from other ppl’s rooms but every time anyone was in the stairwell or the corridor I heard everything at full volume. However our stay was soured by an attack of bed bugs. After reporting it, calling many times & being told the manager would call me back. I have not received any communication to confirm and ensure no one uses the room we stayed it. Very disappointed !! - The aftermath of the bedbugs has ruined the rest of our holiday healing sores from the blistering.
