There are games and books provided as well, since there is no wifi (a welcome respite actually). It just a short walk to the river and a quick drive into Sundre if you need gas or groceries. It was beautiful. Daniel was very accommodating to our dog and the property was perfect for bringing her for walks and wading in the river. The cabin provided everything we needed for our stay. We struggled slightly with the ants around the fire pit and the wasps around the deck but that is to be expected with such seclusion and untouched beauty.
