Nestled close to downtown Beaufort, this charming vacation house offers a cozy retreat for up to 10 guests. Modern amenities, 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming living area perfect for gatherings. Relax on the quaint porch or stroll to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. Whether exploring the town or unwinding indoors, this retreat promises a memorable stay for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 2​1+ to book This is a no smoking property. If you smoke inside, there will be an additional fee of $500 minimum to remove the smoke smell. We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels, but you might need to purchase more if you have a longer stay. A smart TV is provided and is available for guests to log into their own streaming services and apps. Cable tv/ live tv is not provided. No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10 AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00. Please note that Palmetto bugs are a common occurrence in Beaufort and the surrounding Lowcountry region. Due to the area’s humid climate and proximity to marshlands, these insects may occasionally be seen indoors, particularly during periods of high humidity or after heavy rainfall. Palmetto bugs are a natural part of the local environment and are not the same as cockroaches. Their presence does not indicate a lack of cleanliness or an infestation. The property is professionally cleaned and treated regularly by a licensed pest control service to minimize their occurrence. We are available via the platform app for any questions you may have. Check in process is seamless! It met all of our needs! Few minor things…-They had a keurig, which is nice, but no pods, would have been nice to have at least a few available.-lots of lint, maybe not properly vacuumed? It all transferred to the bed from our clothes/feet -wish there was a shoe mat. It rained all during our stay so coming into the house it dragged in all the water and leaves. Couldn’t keep the shoes outside because it would have gotten wet. So somewhere to put shoes in a clean way-The house foundation seems a bit crooked so the floors slope funny, but since we’re just staying as guests it didn’t really affect us. These are just minor things that wouldn’t sway us away from booking again.
