I've vacationed in many Vrbo listed homes, and never had an issue until now. The lawn had not been cut, garbage and glass outside, patio furniture was filthy. If you do walk to Starbucks you are making yourself vulnerable, as we experienced. We also experienced an unfortunate incident while sleeping one night. I feel the outside incidents are not the fault of the property owners, but others should be aware of the area, especially if traveling with children. ##### Amie B.
