Unobstructed view on the 3rd floor and advantageous central location offering numerous possibilities. Spacious entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, one with access to the balcony (220 x 220 duvets), beautiful bathroom and separate toilet. Very well equipped kitchen open on one side to the living room with access to the balcony and on the other to the dining room. A 90 bed in the living room with a 90 drawer (140 x 190 duvet). Forget the car and enjoy the proximity of village services after your long days of hiking or skiing. This is a considerable advantage! Small supermarket, bakeries, butchers, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, sorting bubbles, weekly craft market, Beaufort dairy cooperative, tourist office, medical center etc. Everything is within walking distance. Easy parking close to the apartment and large private cellar (+- 8 m2) allowing you to store ski equipment (with 4 pairs of shoe dryers + 4 helmets or gloves) or several bicycles. In winter : Free shuttle to Arêches Beaufort station (15/20 minutes) \[hidden\] 15/20 minutes by car from the Espace Diamant stations (Les seizures – Bisanne 1500 – Hauteluce) \[hidden\] The 2 sites offer exceptional snow conditions and varied routes for alpine skiing as well as ski touring, etc. In summer : With its central location at the foot of the Cormet de Roselend pass, you will quickly access the many hiking trails, mountain biking trails, road cycling, magnificent via ferrata, outdoor swimming pool (100 M), climbing, tennis courts, fishing, numerous high altitude lakes etc. You are also located 50 meters from the Beaufortain dairy cooperative which offers free visits and the sale of cheese directly from the producer to the consumer. Beaufort and Arêches are small, family-run, authentic and dynamic Savoyard villages. Far from mass tourism, preserving the agricultural environment and a warm mountain mentality.
