It was immaculately clean and staged beautifully. Several things set this property apart: 1.) simple necessities are supplied that just make travel easier (shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, etc.) 2.) the primary bedroom has an extra mattress pad for additional comfort and Beckham hotel pillows (I checked the tag because I'm purchasing them for my home.), and 3.) the correspondence was both gracious and timely. Wonderful townhome located within walking distance to the community pool, pickleball courts and dog park. The kitchen is well-stocked and each bedroom had extremely comfortable beds. Both bedroom bathrooms had two sinks which made it very convenient for our family. Large master walk in shower and king bed also. My kids loved the pool and the pool hours are very convenient for both morning &/or evening swim. We rented a golf cart from Sinclair’s and kept it charged in the garage. There is overflow parking across the street if traveling with more than 2 large vehicles Downtown Beaufort is approximately 2miles away or a short bike ride. The property comes with 2 cruiser bikes. There’s a Food Lion 2miles away. Moorehead City & Atlantic Beach are a short 10-20min drive while Emerald Isle is 45mins. Patricia, the host, was extremely responsive and always available for any questions. Beau Coast subdivision is a beautiful, well-kept community. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time staying here in this spacious unit. This is our third time visiting Beaufort and so glad we chose this place.
