"Gorgeous house and fantastic location. Right on the water with easy path to shore below. Situated perfectly between Belfast and Camden & Rockland. Nice upstairs rooms. Beautiful living and dining room but we most enjoyed the big porch with close views of the water, boats, and birds.Clean and well stocked. Great communication. Highly recommend!"

"The cottage was definitely rustic and it was in a great location. Bayside is a beautiful and quaint community. Although very dated I found the cottage to be quite comfortable. I was a bit taken aback to find out there were no towels supplied and had to go out and purchase some. Might want to mention that in your description. I have a couple of things to point out, especially for any of your senior visitors. It should be mentioned that the stairs are very narrow and steep and you may want to get a handyman to tighten the railing on the second floor that is very loose. You might also want to defrost the freezer. Not much room to put anything in there!"

"Suzanne is as a wonderful host! My husband and I spent a month here and had family visit for a couple weeks. The house fit our party of 8 adults and 1 child perfectly. We all had our own space and plenty of room to have dinner together inside and on the patio. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch swing and walking the beautiful Bluff and Shore roads. The house was well stocked and comfortable. The community is very special… numerous events took place while we were there, but we had plenty of privacy as well. If you’re ever in Belfast/Camden area, this is a great spot to stay."
