As you enter the ground level front door you will be greeted with an open staircase that will take you up to the 1st floor of the home or you can continue down the hallway to the open entertaining space that offers a 3 stop elevator, full bath with interior and exterior access from the outside pool/patio. A perfect entertaining space offering large screen TV, couches, foosball, service bar with granite counters and glass cabinets with two 24” inch glass refrigerators and Sonos system with interior and exterior speakers. You can exit through the two glass sliders to the covered patio which offers an outdoor kitchen/grill with bar and TV, 14 person table, pool & gas firepit. The 2nd floor of the beach house offers a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel LG appliances and white shaker cabinets with quartz counters and peninsula to enjoy your morning coffee. As you enter the family room/entertaining area you will be greeted comfy seating with a beautiful wet bar with wine cooler and built in TV and fireplace. A extra large dinning room table is perfect for family/group dinners. Outdoor covered deck extends the living space. This floor offers a half bath and the primary bedroom with walk-in closet that have been outfitted with custom drawers, shelves and cabinets. The main bath is large and spacious with a walk-in shower and double sink. The 3rd floor of the home offers four additional bedrooms with TVs. The second primary includes a queen size bed, private bath with walk in shower. Two separate bunk rooms are perfect for kids or a family to share. One bunk room includes two sets of twin bunk beds. The second bunk room includes full over full bunk with twin trundle bed plus a Queen size bed. The fifth bedroom has a full size bed and dresser. The house was spacious, spotless, and stylishly decorated—perfect for a group of friends looking to relax and reconnect.Each bedroom was cozy and comfortable, giving everyone their own space while still feeling connected. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks, and the open living areas were ideal for late-night chats and laughter.The highlight was definitely the private pool—Though the weather was chilly but it was heated. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out.
