We stayed there for 5 nights as one of 3 couples. The master suite off the front hall provides seclusion from the kitchen and other bedrooms on the opposite side of the house. The classic, mid-mod living room is a treasure. The kitchen is one of the best equipped kitchens I've seen in rental houses, noteworthy because we like to cook. The shared bath for the other bedrooms is spacious, with both tub and shower and double sink; plus a half bath right off the kitchen. The back deck overlooks the stream and covered bridge with plenty of seating. There is no road noise and we slept with the windows open every night. A good market, Murphy's, is just a mile or two away and both Eureka and Arcata are close enough to not feel like it takes a trip to get there. All in all, I can't say enough about how good this house was for our stay. ##### Tom S.
