This was probably the most outstanding property we have ever rented...and we travel and rent all over the country frequently. The home is beautiful, immaculate and so serene. It sits on a property that is breathtaking. You feel like you are at a fancy hotel but the entire property is yours and yours alone. We watched baby swans, ducks and fireflies at night. It is a wow property. We loved having everything we could need and more. The master bath has a shower to die for. It doubles as a steam room and even though it was summer, I appreciated warming myself in there. We had a wonderful visit. We booked a 3 night stay with a other property but upon checking in the place was a disaster and we could not stay there. So now our weekend was ruined and off to a hotel. He got back to us and we were able to stay at this absolutely beautiful house on the water on a few hour notice. We were in New York for a family member funeral which was already stressful enough and then the disastrous first rental. After the weekend was over besides seeing family, Joe and his property was the highlight of the trip. Thank you Joe for giving us a beautiful, calm and peaceful stay during a stressful trip. What a great home base for my family during Thanksgiving week! This house is everything it says it is and more. I seriously felt like I was a guest visiting family for the week. Too many awesome accommodations to list. The view out of the back windows, the bright coastal vibe, the home/audio setup, the huge/clean hot tub, the insanely awesome master bathrom!! The house has the most unbelievably scenic backyard, with just incredible natural wild life. Was out of a movie.
