Bayonne apt
The stay got off to a poor start because we were unable to get a hold of the property owner to give us the access code to the property. We contacted Vrbo and they were very understanding and helpful. They placed us in a hotel room for two nights witch was fine except it was far from our desired location requiring us to incur additional travel expenses/ ($45 uber ride.) The apartment was nice but we were put off by the dirty oven. We went to warm up some pizza and found dried up spilled over food in the oven. We did not discover that the microwave oven power switch was on the back splash wall until the day before we left. It would have been nice to have that labeled. The apartment over all was nice but could have used some end tables and lamps in the living room. Some privacy curtains would also be helpful as the apartment is on the ground floor and the blinds didn't offer complete privacy. The TV was useless because we could not view any local channels. On the plus side, it was within walking distance to stores and the light rail which was one of the reasons we chose this property.

Excellent property
My family (2 kids under 11, 2 adults) was extremely pleased with our stay. The property was clean. We stayed at the end of the summer and were able to use the pool and gym. There was great closet space and the washer and dryer were helpful. The only negative is the location of the washer and dryer near the bedroom was a little noisy and we needed to run the machine near bedtime. If you run it other times or when you're out, it shouldn't be an issue. The dedicated parking space was just around the corner and was very helpful, especially when getting back with tired kids. The location was great as we were attending a wedding in Bayonne and had a lot of events in Bayonne and Jersey City. The neighborhood is new and was pretty quiet. It was also nice to be so close to a Lidl grocery store and CVS for last-minute things. Mr. Holmes was very responsive to a few questions. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this location because it was an easy commute into NYC. It was lovely, clean, and spacious. The area is also beautiful and nice to take a morning walk. 10/10 highly recommend.

Very nice and convenient location. Suggestion….coffee pot. Different lighting in living room instead of bright ceiling light. 😊 would definitely recommend place to other people.

Great Stay
This unit was just the right fit for my family and I. The area is new and the subdivision is simply beautiful with bay views, walking trails and dog friendly!! There were great places to eat nearby and shopping areas. We were in New York for a show and quick getaway and didn’t mind the commute into the city knowing we had a clean, safe condo to return to in the evenings! This may just be our go to rental, as we visit New York frequently!
