Situated right at the foot of the Großer Arber, this domicile offers a peaceful retreat in a central location surrounded by the nature of the Bavarian Forest. With direct access to the park and the picturesque river hiking trail, this holiday destination is a true paradise for nature lovers.  
  
Inside, you will find a well-equipped holiday flat with a ceramic hob, a filter coffee machine, a kettle and a dishwasher. This means you have everything you need for self-catering so that you can relax after an exciting day in the great outdoors. The comfortable furnishings ensure that you can feel at home during your stay.  
  
The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired. In summer, the complex has a pool for communal use, which invites you to cool off and relax. There is also table tennis, a garden barbecue and free bicycles for hire, which you can use to explore the idyllic surroundings. The garden, also for communal use, offers plenty of space for relaxing hours in the open air.  
  
The area surrounding the holiday flat is an Eldorado for active holidaymakers. Just 500 metres away, cross-country skiing invites you to enjoy sporting adventures, while the nearest ski bus, which you can reach after just 200 metres, takes you directly to the Arbers ski area every hour free of charge. Snow lovers can hire sledges free of charge and the nearby winter hiking trails are beautifully cleared. The region also offers numerous opportunities to enjoy nature in summer, with a lake just 5000 metres away. You will also find all the necessary shops in the immediate vicinity (100m).
