"The property was beautiful. The people were very nice, but the air conditioning didn’t work very well and we were damp the entire week. There was nowhere we could go where it wasn’t damp clothes and towels never dried."

"We stayed for almost a week and everyone was very friendly. Romona was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to us when we needed something. Can’t say the same for the staff at the front desk the ladies were not much of a help and didn’t take the extra steps to accommodate us when we needed something. Other than that I’d definitely go back again! The beach was absolutely incredible!!!!! "

"Overall a good experience. We had to wait well over an hour past check-in for our room to be ready. Grounds were nice and rooms were clean. Do not expect wash cloths. We had to ask for them daily. Food was hit or miss. Breakfast buffet at Thalassa was ok / good depending on the day. Dinner at Thalassa was not for me... Siwichi, Tao-Cat and La Isla snack bar were really good. "The resort is wonderful. Only drawback for us was that it does not really cater to English-speaking guests. Would recommend for guests from France, Italy or South America."

"Went last week of April, so some rain. Ocean was great, with great snorkling right off the shore. We saw a flounder, rays, pufferfish, lobsters, plus reef fish. Coral is growing but looks young. Loved the excursions with viva, they had tour guides that spoke multiple languages. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but the grounds were beautiful with ducks, birds, and igunanas. Food was adequate but lacked flavor. Yes I would go again."
