Den and living room. Kitchen and dining area. Fenced in back yard with a covered patio (tables/chairs/grill). House has everything you need to cook and serve. Just bring clothes and food! House is less than a mile from the beach. Restaurants and a charming downtown area less than a mile away. When we arrived, the cleaning crew was still there and they informed us that the renters from the week before had broken one of the twin beds. No replacement was ever brought out to replace it. They also informed us that the dryer wasn’t working. This was an issue since my family had packed assuming we would have access to a washer and dryer. I immediately called the property manager who informed me that the repair man had already been contacted but wouldn’t be able to come out until Monday. After several calls and empty promises, the dryer was finally fixed on Thursday, but we had to spend time at the local laundromat on our vacation. The grill which was also listed as amenity was missing, and the Directv remote for the front room TV was lost by the previous renters which left that TV useless. When we asked about the possibility of some type of partial refund due to the fact that this property was no where near what was organized, they offered $150\. I don’t think I will use VRBO again due to this experience! Very disappointed and dissatisfied! ##### John M. There's plenty of room in the house for everyone and it's such a cozy house. Just a short walk to the beach. Great location. Family oriented & fit perfectly in our budget. The property manager was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. My sister left her camera and the property founded it and mailed it back to her.
