"Airport shuttle was easy and shuttle driver was always on time.They need signage for to catch port shuttle to pickup not marked at all.W we didn't eat breakfast didn't like it cause you couldn't order off a menu.We didn't want buffet. There Mexican food at supper was delicious with the staff. "

"Only one staff working the front desk who was completely overwhelmed. She was remarkably professional and courteous despite the desk being understaffed. Found a lipstick / makeup stain on the duvet cover. Need to do a better job of housekeeping rooms. All staff that we met were incredibly friendly."

"Beautiful hotel, very clean. The pool was amazing, my kids loved it. Clean, not very busy and the drinks at the pool bar were 10/10. The only thing I would complain about is the bathrooms. Not as clean, needed some upgrades, bathtub and toilet looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. "
