We had an excellent time enjoying the pool, cooking out on the patio with the grill and caught around two dozen small sheepshead (No keepers, but they were some biters & fighters!!!). The house fit our family of six comfortably and the wi-fi was fast enough that the teens could play their video games in the evenings. The home was also pretty well stocked, however there was a dollar general about a mile from the house and were able to get a few extras (tp, trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc). Also, there were no clothes racks or shelves in any of the closets, nor were there any dressers… plan to literally live out of your suitcase during your stay. The home is geographically pretty remote and would definitely recommend shopping in a larger city prior to your arrival in Sargent. Besides the dollar general, there is a gas station, a few bar & grills and Zipp’s bait had dead bait (shrimp/squid), but they were a cash or check only small business. We visited this area hoping to fish and crab, but they weren’t biting. Only thing missing is a pier.
