Whether you’re seeking a peaceful retreat or a convenient home base for exploring the area, this riverside gem promises a memorable stay.  
Enjoy the view of the river from this second floor suite! The property’s location along the Kawkawlin River allows guests to enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking, or simply watching the water flow out to Lake Huron. It’s also a short drive to shopping and local attractions in Bay City. You get the feel of the country right on the edge of town.  
  
Each bedroom offers a cozy retreat with a comfortable queen-sized bed and ample storage space. The full and half bathroom have been fully updated with modern fixtures and includes fresh linens and supplies for your convenience.  
  
The kitchen has been fully updated and comes equipped with essential appliances and cookware, making meal preparation convenient during your stay.  
  
This property is located just a short 1-mile distance down river from Castaway\`s, a waterside restaurant with live music and an outdoor patio and the Kawkawlin River Public access where you can drive your snowmobile from the property and launch your boat to access the Kawkawlin River and Lake Huron. You can drive your boat back to the property and dock your boat right in front of the property. It is a great location for fishing, boating, snowmobiling and ice fishing!  
  
Bay City State Park on the shores of the Lake Huron is only a 4 minute drive north. Bay City\`s main shopping district is a 4 minute drive south where you\`ll find a variety of restaurants, Meijer, Wal-Mart, Aldi, Menards, Home Depot and much more!
