This centrally located building with it's 2nd floor unit offers unparalleled convenience. Just steps away from downtown's bustling cafes, restaurants, and vibrant festivals, it's ideal for both relaxation and exploration.  
  
Want to stay in one of the most unique and well-known homes in Bay City? Being on Center Ave, you can walk to all of downtown from the central location. If you need a place to stay 1-night or 30, this efficient unit has everything you need.  
  
This no-frills efficiency apartment is perfect for travelers who need a simple, functional place to rest between busy days. Designed for practicality, it offers all the essentials without the extras. Whether you're working long hours or spending most of your time exploring the area, this unit provides exactly what you need: a comfortable bed, basic kitchen setup, and a private bathroom.  
  
We offer great weekly and monthly discounts, if you have a lot to accomplish while you are here!  
  
Inside, you'll find comfort and convenience with a queen-sized bed, sofa, WiFi-enabled TV, ample closet space, dining area and a small kitchen. Additional Details  
Step back in time and experience the charm of a home steeped in history. Built in 1860, this 3-story Italianate house retains much of its original character with intricate detailing and period features throughout. Please note, this home has not undergone extensive remodeling or restoration, preserving its authentic feel.  
  
Guests will appreciate the vintage ambiance, though it should be noted that the property does not currently have air conditioning and heating is maintained by the original steam heat radiators and boiler system that can make maintaining a consistent temperature throughout the building a bit challenging. Measures have been taken to regulate this as much as possible with the age and heating system type.  
  
Rest assured, while this residence reflects its age, it is maintained in a clean condition. Perfect for those who appreciate historical architecture and are looking for a unique, budget-friendly stay in Bay City.
