« La vue est superbe, mais le chemin pour s’y rendre et le stationnement sont particulièrement difficiles (on doit circuler à travers les travailleurs du port et circuler de reculons sur le chemin pour l’accès à un seul stationnement). L’appartement est bien équipé mais a besoin d’être rafraîchi et rénové (le béton des marches du long escalier est à réparer, c’est presque dangereux. Le spa sur le balcon est vraiment cool. Les propriétaires auraient avantage à laisser un petit cahier...

« This property was amazing! Once you get up the external stairs and then the internal staircase you are left with everything you need for a short term stay. Beds and living room furniture are comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked, plenty of storage, lots of extra towels and very clean.Be ready to make many 180 degree turns into this home's driveway on the end of a busy street, but just take your time. Very nice location within walking distance to grocery stores and plenty of fast food...

« Love the location. Place was clean and had plenty of wash cloths and towels. Kitchen was well furnished. My only complaint it that is got a little warm and the only way to run the A/C was to leave the window unlock, we were not comfortable doing this at night and when we were not there. Ceiling fans or a few box fans would hVe been helpful. Overall a nice stay and easy walk to Quidi Vidi Harbour. »

« This house did not disappoint. The photos are accurate. The house is modern and new and cleaned well. The kitchen was well stocked. The master bathroom is one of the nicest bathrooms I’ve ever seen. Very zen and spa-like. Same goes for kitchen. It’s absolutely beautiful. Feels like walking into a dream home. The two sofas are super comfy. The dining room table is huge. Kitchen island is bigger than it looks in photos. Very bright and modern, yet it still has a cozy feel. Would highly recommend...

The house has a mixture of old and new charm and provides a comfortable place to rest while visiting the city and adjacent areas. « The perfect family space while visiting St. John’s Newfoundland!We had a group of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids ranging from 5-10). The house had plenty of rooms, bathroom and general living space. We spent hours in the indoor pool and so many wonderful meals in the large dining area.Truly cannot recommend the house enough!! And Adam was so lovely, communicative and kind. Thank you Adam, you made our trip so special! »
