« Stay was poor. Room was rundown and poorly maintained. The water in the sink was brown for several minutes. The sea view is too far away from the chalet to appreciate. Swimming pool was over run with kids. Food ( buffet breakfast )was average. I would give this place a miss and stay somewhere else closer to KLIA where we had to catch a flight from. »

« Booked a water villa for the New Year celebration and had a wonderful stay. The villa was cozy yet felt very luxurious, with a beautiful private pool that I used throughout the day. Because of that, I often needed extra towels and floor towels, and housekeeping was excellent. They were very responsive and always provided everything I needed. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience. »
