I lived in one of the units in the early 1980’s and while neighborhood has changed, it is still similar enough that triggered many memories. It was a convenient 25 minute walk to campus and 15 minute walk to Tiger Stadium. While the area around the property didn’t feel the safest, I felt completely safe at the property and loved that there was a gated and secure parking lot for my rental car. Melissa was amazing with all the communications and made it very easy to get in touch with her if I had any questions or concerns. The structure is older but the owners are actively updating without taking away the character and charm! Even with it being an older structure, everything is perfectly functional. As a night shift worker, I had zero issues falling and staying asleep on that comfy bed! I was worried about noise but with those quality windows, I barely heard the outside world. When we drove into the gated property we noticed a man and woman checking on the site. They were the owners! So lovely and helpful. The townhouse was clean and orderly.
