It was a convenient 25 minute walk to campus and 15 minute walk to Tiger Stadium. While the area around the property didn’t feel the safest, I felt completely safe at the property and loved that there was a gated and secure parking lot for my rental car. Melissa was amazing with all the communications and made it very easy to get in touch with her if I had any questions or concerns. I lived in one of the units in the early 1980’s and while neighborhood has changed, it is still similar enough that triggered many memories. The structure is older but the owners are actively updating without taking away the character and charm! Even with it being an older structure, everything is perfectly functional. As a night shift worker, I had zero issues falling and staying asleep on that comfy bed! I was worried about noise but with those quality windows, I barely heard the outside world. Min from LSU baseball and football If your looking for a location super close to LSU baseball or football this location is great. Nice property. 2 bedrooms you up stairs with comfortable beds. Just incase you have small children or people who can't do stairs just know only bathroom is upstairs. Bathroom is really nice with a tub and shower. Couch is comfortable to sleep and sit on. When we drove into the gated property we noticed a man and woman checking on the site. They were the owners! So lovely and helpful. The townhouse was clean and orderly.
