« Malheureusement nos voisins de chambres étaient des fêtards. Tard le soir au coucher et nous avons appelé le desk et le tout s'est arrêter quelques minutes plus tard. Mais les fêtards ont recommencé vers 3h30am et la mme du desk s'est chargé de les faire Taire, mais la nuit était déjà gâchée. »

« Malgré une réservation, la chambre fut prête seulement à 20h15. Nous sommes arrivés à 15h45 et avons été au restaurant, chambre devait être prête dans 1 heure. Lorsque nous sommes revenus, chambre pas encore prête, l’employé à la réception était aussi responsable de préparer les chambres! Avons attendus plus d’une heure debout dans le petit hall puisqu’il n’y a pas de réception avec chaises. Plusieurs personnes attendaient. Par contre l’employé Mme Cheyanne a été très patiente et polie. Mais...

But I'd like to say again how much we appreciated the very gracious welcome we got from the lady at the front desk the evening of April 9th. She made us feel like it was our home away from home.
