We arrived later than planned but a quick call to the host helped us navigate to the parking area and gave us directions to meet him at the boat. The boat itself was freshly made up for our group, it was toasty warm with central heating and a log burner. 2 single sofa beds in the lounge were a great solution. Coffee, tea, and breakfast items were provided in the fridge, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook a hearty breakfast before exploring the city. Bath itself is an easy 10-15 minute walk from accommodation. It is a slightly uphill journey back but nothing too taxing. We stayed during Storm Darragh so it was a little noisy as night but the boat was so much more stable than we expected. The staff were extremely helpful in finding a hotel late in the day that was close by. ![Our boat was to be the middle one in the foreground.
