With 2 gorgeous double bedrooms (one with huge, comfy, super-king-bed), a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath & shower, hotel bed linen & towels - this is a gem of a find. Just a short stroll through stunning Georgian architecture or Victoria Park into the centre of the city with eateries & local independent shops etc also in the immediate area. Pets are welcome! Lovely garden, giving you space outside and we welcome well-behaved pets. We are so close to the centre of the city and yet in a very quiet, tranquil area. Spacious and well furnished. Really liked the location. Roughly 20-25 minutes walk from the Train Station and 10-15 minutes walk from the City Centre.The Flat is located in a very quiet area, and has a Co-Op and Spa conveniently located a stones throw away. Whilst in the Flat, you can hear the footsteps of people walking above you, but to be honest, it wasn't a huge bother. The only thing we didn't like was the massive elephant statue in the main bedroom, which we found quite disconcerting, but I guess that comes down to personal preference. Otherwise, love the Flat and location.Hosts, sent the basic information, but could've been more communicative, but overall sent what was needed. ##### Mustafa H. Katie and Dan were really helpful and put us up in another property not far away. I would recommend Bath and properties owned by Katie and Dan - they have a funky style which really appealed to us.
