The property features five well-appointed bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable retreat for families or groups. On the lower ground floor, you’ll find a huge, fully-equipped kitchen complete with a traditional Aga—ideal for preparing home-cooked meals. The kitchen leads out to a large back garden, a rare gem in the centre of Bath, providing a peaceful outdoor space for relaxation or al fresco dining. The ground floor hosts a separate, formal dining room, perfect for entertaining. Here, a piano and a large dining table that comfortably seats 12 set the stage for memorable meals and celebrations. The property is located just 12 minutes walk from Bath Spa train station.
