« The Redan was the best hospitality experience of our English holiday, nothing less! The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The Inn itself was newly renovated and offered all the amenities required for a pleasant stay. In spite of having a Public House on the ground floor, our room was quiet and peaceful. « Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Very convenient, a short walk from the centre and everything you need. It was a bit hot in the room, but a fan was provided. I would highly recommend and stay again »

« The weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so the property's great location helped enormously in keeping us dry (being literally metres from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and Heritage Centre). With five adults and two teenagers the property's size accommodated us all easily. Paul was very welcoming and despite the weather we all enjoyed our stay. »

« This was a charming place in the heart of the city. Yes it is loud at nights so if you're bothered by noise this place is not for you. This place also does not have an elevator, so if you have heavy suitcases and have problems carrying them up flights of stairs, again this place is not for you.
