Experience a piece of Batesville’s history during your stay! The Rock Cottage is a cozy home that was built 100 years ago and still embraces the old charm of original wood floors, pretty archways, and gorgeous woodwork.  
  
The Rock Cottage is conveniently located in the heart of Batesville, close to shopping, schools, the White River, the community center, and restaurants.  
The space  
This home has one bedroom, but there is a futon with dedicated bedding, as well as a queen-sized air mattress.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped to create your favorite meal, and the washer and dryer are conveniently located.  
  
Wifi is available and the tv offers several streaming options with your login.  
  
The Rock Cottage is conveniently located less than a minute away from Lyon College and less than three minutes from the hospital. Within a 2-mile radius of the home, you can visit everything Batesville has to offer.

\*\*Please note that while this home has its own private parking, entrance, kitchen, living, bed, and bathroom, it is attached to an upstairs apartment which has its own separate entrance and living quarters. You can have all the privacy you desire, but you may hear other guests upstairs walking and moving around.

I loved staying here. It was a wonderful home away from away while away. Definitely will try to book the next time I am in the area! The property manager was lovely and it is walking distance away from the grocery store. Also there are a ton of local eateries as well.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little cottage! It was really cozy, and the bed was super comfortable! The fridge just didn’t stay cold so we had to buy a cooler with ice. Other than that it is a great place to say.
