« Older property which matched description well. Comfortably fit 5 adults and teens for 4 night stay. Quiet neighborhood even though it is right next to highway. Grocery store within a few mins. We traveled several times to downtown Chicago and Rosemont without issues (other than normal chicago traffic). There are stairs from any entrance, so just be prepared if you have a heavy cooler like we did. :) Could have been a bit cleaner, but that would not stop me from staying again. The host...

« The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences. »

« This was a great place to stay for a short visit to Wheaton. It is very convenient to Wheaton College and downtown. Beds are comfortable and house is clean and well maintained. We appreciated the extra touches, like snacks and water bottles in the kitchen and fresh flowers on the table. Be aware that the staircases are narrow. »

« Amazing home. More stunning than pictures. Lots of places to gather as a group or have solitude. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Neighborhood quiet and walkable. Enjoyed outdoor dining on deck, quiet porch swing mornings, happy hour toasting in the sunroom, playing the grand piano, and cozing up in the living room for a movie. 5 adult family members gathering for graduation from a graduate program at Midwestern University.. « Interesting house, simply but nicely remodeled interior. (Minus carpet on 2nd floor/stairs) Great communication. Reporting hot/cold water handle malfunction, couldn’t get a warm shower, but I’m sure the host will fix it ASAP. Well stocked kitchen.
